v-Fluence Interactive Public Relations, Inc., a public affairs and issues management firm, is pleased to announce the addition of two new staff members – John Cizmar and Sean Brittain – to its team of talented professionals.
John Cizmar now serves as associate and Web development specialist with v-Fluence and brings a broad range of experience in both Web design and fine art. Before receiving his Master of Fine Arts from Ohio University, John worked as a graphic designer, designing user interfaces for software including computer-based training (CBT) programs. John, still a practicing studio artist, uses magazines and television as source materials for his artwork, most of which is a reaction to advertising images used in mass media.
v-Fluence Vice President Chris Clark welcomes Cizmar, “John will be a terrific addition to our Internet Marketing team and significantly enhance our Web development capabilities as we endeavor to stay ahead of online trends and technologies, especially Web 2.0 design and development.”
Sean Brittain serves as an associate at v-Fluence. As a recent graduate from DePaul University in November of 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts in public communication, Sean brings solid public relations experience from a previous internship at L.C. Williams & Associates and volunteer work for the Hyde Park Art Center. At L.C. Williams, Sean was responsible for writing and editing press releases, researching media lists and pitching local and national media for various types of clients. His volunteer work at the Hyde Park Art Center included building and maintaining relationships with members of the local media and those across several of the City of Chicago’s cultural departments, as well as implementing tactics to raise awareness of the art center. While in school, Sean was an active member of the Public Relations Student Society of America.
