| | - A Web CEO analytic team experiments and conducts research with the aim of investigating the algorithms of the most popular search engines. That data was used to improve the Optimization tool to provide a more detailed and clear view. New factors were added to the “Optimization Advice and Advanced Analysis” report.

| | - Sharing of reports is easier and more convenient with Report Viewer 2.0 (beta). The utility now allows viewing of HitLens and Monitoring reports, and a new ability to share Ranking and Submission reports with clients. There are now more settings available to customize reports and the Report Viewer interface.

| | - Web CEO Journal is introduced. This is a new tool to take stock of the time used for project work (Total time and a detailed schedule of work done by WebCEO features and task performance). An additional new feature from the Journal is the possibility to create Notes while working with WebCEO 6.5 tools. This feature is useful both for optimizers and their clients as it allows for comments and writing down of ideas during use.
