(PRWEB) November 9, 2006 -- A survey made by Cardwolves shows that poker players are unfaithful. A majority of them plays at two or more poker rooms.
The more hours a poker player spends online playing poker the more poker rooms he or she plays at, says Stefan Mahlstein, Chairman of Homerun Gaming Ventures Ltd.
The survey also concludes that the things most important to the poker players are that the poker room offers good bonuses and many tournaments to choose between. This is something that both players that play often and players that play more seldom agree upon.
The not so frequent players thinks it is more important that the poker room is safe and secure while the frequent players ranks technical features higher. Luxury, vanity and famous poker players in the poker room are not perceived as very important to poker players.
Generally the survey shows that poker players primarily seek safe and secure entertainment, Stefan Mahlstein continues.
Search engines are increasingly important tools for the players to find the poker rooms. Recommendations from friends are however still the most important factor when it comes to choosing where to actually open an account and starting to play.
The survey was conducted on 350 Swedish online poker players.
