In response to increased demand for its specialist R&D consulting and information processing services, Kinapse has expanded its operations and senior team.

Kinapse has commissioned new office space in Wimbledon, London and additional office space in Gurgaon, India.

In addition, Kinapse continues to strengthen its senior team with the appointment of Suzanne Budsworth as Vice President, and Maggie James, Maureen Coleman and Dan Ressler as Consulting Partners.

Suzanne Budsworth has over 10 years of pharmaceutical industry experience. Her career covers management consultancy with Accenture and more recently working at GlaxoSmithKline as Director of International Medical Operations. Suzanne has consulted extensively in clinical development and medical affairs organisations with a particular interest in developing the value of clinical development and medical affairs activities in international operations. Her specialisations include organisation and process design, leadership team development and change management. Past clients include GlaxoWellcome, GlaxoSmithKline, Astra, Astra Zeneca, Amgen, BMS and Johnson & Johnson.

Dr Maggie James has19 years of diverse international R&D experience and broad business transformation expertise. She has held a variety of senior management roles in GlaxoSmithKline and its legacy companies, including clinical research in both a central R&D and a country operating company environment, safety, HR, Information Systems and business redesign. Maggie now runs Compass Business Partners Ltd, a consultancy specialising in pharmaceutical development and organisational transformation.

Maureen Coleman has over 25 years experience in the pharmaceutical /biotechnology industry including 20 years in GlaxoSmithKline and its legacy companies. Maureen supported the R&D executive at both the mergers of Glaxo Wellcome and SmithKline Beecham (15,000 staff, on around 37 sites across three continents) and Glaxo and Wellcome (6000 staff across all major continents). Since leaving GSK, she has held a number of executive and non-executive board roles and consulted to a range of biotech/pharmaceutical companies in UK and mainland Europe, and the leading UK universities.

Dan Ressler has 15 years of consulting experience within the pharmaceuticals industry. Formerly a Partner within Accenture's Philadelphia office, he is currently CEO of Ressler Professional Services. Dan specialises in complex programme management, post-merger integration, business-technology capability strategy and planning, next generation pharmacovigilance solutions and multi-shore operations processing. His clients have included AstraZeneca, GSK, BMS, Pfizer and Wyeth, and specialty-biotech such as Biogen-Idec and McNeil Specialty Pharmaceuticals.
