We have been fortunate to work with industry leaders and believe we bring a fresh, new approach to solving the industry's unique technical problems.

Integrant Inc., a global outsourcing provider of IT services and solutions, introduces JustIQ ─ a new division specializing in developing tools tailored to the needs of the student loan industry. "We formed JustIQ to capitalize on the vast experience we have gained in the industry since our first project in 2000," said Olin Hyde, VP of Sales and Marketing. "We have been fortunate to work with industry leaders and believe we bring a fresh, new approach to solving the industry's unique technical problems." The company's solutions provide executives with the power to control every bit of data collected at each stage of the loan lifecycle.

The lifecycle of a federally sponsored student loan is exceedingly complex. There are more than 26 distinct steps in processing a single loan. Additionally, the data for every loan is shared not only between borrowers and lenders, but also guarantors, servicers, banks and schools. Student loan companies face the daunting task of managing vast amounts of data from multiple sources and struggle with getting internal and external systems to "talk" to each other.

By conservative estimates, companies allocate more than 15 percent of their operating budgets to managing this data. Even still, companies are consumed with data error, omission and security problems. A new congressional report outlines the loss of personal information on 11,000 student loan borrowers. The same report found that the majority of data breaches were the direct result of the loss or theft of equipment.

JustIQ builds an integrated infrastructure of systems that communicate and share information seamlessly. The tools they provide enable precise analysis and accurate reporting of business critical information. JustIQ automates the entire student loan process from lead generation and loan application through servicing. Automated systems virtually eliminate data error and omissions in addition to accelerating business processes. Executives now have access to accurate, real-time intelligence related to their business. By storing all data in a secure, virtual warehouse, JustIQ eradicates the threat of security breaches due to the loss or theft of laptops, desktops and storage devices.

"I'm extremely proud of our team and the level of expertise we offer our clients. We can identify the systems and applications that must integrate, discern relevant data at every loan stage and provide both canned and custom reporting tools to executives. By simplifying and accelerating the student loan lifecycle and providing tools to enhance data security, we believe JustIQ can help not only lenders and schools, but also the students," said Yousef Awad, CEO of Integrant Inc.
