Make-a-Wish Ball Thanks Guests with Details by Design Gift Bags
Celebrities, top executives and others of the 'who's who' philanthropic scene joined Sahreef Malnick for the 12th annual Make-a-Wish Ball at the Intercontinental hotel in Miami. The sold out event featuring Grammy Award winner Macy Gray and comedian Pauly Shore raised over $675,000, enough for the Make-a-Wish Foundation of Southern Florida to grant 135 wishes.
Miami, FL (PRWEB) November 10, 2006 -- Celebrities, top executives and others of the 'who's who' philanthropic scene joined gala chairman, Sahreef Malnick for the 12th annual Make-a-Wish Ball, which was held on November 4, 2006 at the Intercontinental hotel in Miami. The sold out event featuring Grammy Award winner Macy Gray and comedian Pauly Shore raised over $675,000, enough for the Make-a-Wish Foundation of Southern Florida to grant 135 wishes. "We had a great team of people working in sync that made this event such a success," said Melissa Venditti, Make-a-Wish Event Manger. Venditti expressed her gratitude for all involved especially the generous sponsors. The Foundation thanked guests with gift bags created by Details by Design, Miami's premiere gift bag company. "We were extremely pleased with this year's goodie bag. They were the perfect way to let everyone know how much we appreciated their support," Venditti concluded.
"It was an honor to work with Make-a-Wish, they bring an overwhelming amount of happiness to so many children. We were proud to be a part of this year's benefit," said Stacey Sleem, founder of Details by Design. The firm secured a total gift bag sponsorship valued at over $175,000.
The 750 guests enjoyed thank you goodie bags valued at over $250 each.
