Advanced EDM Automation, a provider of precision metal fabrication and electrical discharge machining (EDM) capabilities, is a perfect complement to Veridiam Medical's strategic integrated manufacturing initiative.
San Diego, CA; November 11, 2006 - Veridiam Medical, a leading provider of assemblies, machined parts and metal tubular components specifically engineered to meet the demanding requirements of medical device manufacturers, announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Advanced EDM Automation, Inc. of Poway, California. Advanced EDM Automation, a provider of precision metal fabrication and electrical discharge machining (EDM) capabilities, is a perfect complement to Veridiam Medical's strategic integrated manufacturing initiative.
The move unites two of the industry's most innovative and technologically advanced providers offering precision engineered highly specialized metal fabrication capabilities to the medical device industry.
