Ying Hart, a seasoned human resources professional and resident of Stoneham, Massachusetts, has joined the CPA and business advisory firm, Rucci, Bardaro & Barrett, P.C., the firm announced today.

Previously, Hart was HR Manager at The Home Depot. Her prior experience also includes HR positions with Pre-Owned Electronics in Bedford MA, Cambex Corporation of Waltham MA, and the former Digital Equipment Corporation and Wang Laboratories.

She holds a master's degree in Counselor Education and a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Boston College.
