Travis Software Gives TravisFlex an "Extreme Makeover" with Redesigned, Expanded Version 8.0 Upgrade sports fresh look, plus features for "Sneak Peek" Payroll Deductions, and expanded options for identity theft prevention.
Houston, TX (PRWEB) November 10, 2006 -- Travis Software Corp., a leader of Advanced Employee Benefits Software Administration and provider of TravisFlex software, announced today the availability of TravisFlex Release 8.0, with several enhanced features for payroll deductions, positive pay files, and a whole new look and feel.
Sneak Peek Payroll Deductions allows for the modification of a payroll deduction amount at the time of payroll deduction processing. The sneak peek will allow the user to see who will have a payroll post to their account and who will not, at the time of processing. If an employee will not have a payroll post, the system will tell the user why. The user will also be able to adjust the employee's deduction amount and post that amount to the employee's account, instead of the amount in the employee's benefit plan prior to processing.
Positive Pay File Functionality provides the ability to quickly identify potentially fraudulent checks by creating a positive pay file every time checks are printed -- which users then may send to their financial institution for data verification. After setting up the Positive Pay Files, a file will be created when checks are printed, and upon request when checks are voided.
Travis worked with graphics designers to update the User Interface, creating a more pleasing color landscape; the new User Interface has increased the usability of the system.
