The company recently opened a new regional branch in Greensboro, NC. Phil Carmac has been appointed as Vice President of the South East Region and will be overseeing production and operations at the new location. While specializing in conforming, government and Alt A products, Phil and his team of seasoned professionals will cover North and South Carolina, and parts of Virginia with plans to expand into Florida as well as other states within the existing Southern Trust footprint.
