Articulate, the leader in rapid e-learning authoring tools, today announced that Jack Makhlouf has joined Articulate as Vice President, Customer Learning. In this role, Jack will be responsible for developing a broad portfolio of free and fee-based training offerings for Articulate's customers.
Training courses will be introduced over the next 90 days and include on-demand e-learning tutorials (built with Articulate tools), instructor-led webinars and on-premise instructor-led classes.

Prior to joining Articulate, Jack was the Vice President of Development with Learning Solutions International (LSI) where he led their rapid e-learning practice. Jack was a founding member of the industry-recognized AT&T Learning Services team. There he led the e-learning best practices and custom content development teams. He managed a team of 50 e-learning developers and played a vital role in helping elevate AT&T's Learning Services capabilities which achieved Training Magazine's yearly Training Top 100 award in 2003 (Ranked #10) and in 2004 (Ranked #7). Jack is a well known thought leader within the e-learning industry and is a regular speaker and contributor at e-learning conferences.
