Professionals in the music industry want the same things computer users do. Someone spending sixteen hours a day in a home work center should be as comfortable as someone who spends the same amount of time in front of a computer.

Looking to set up the perfect recording studio without spending a year's salary doing it? Versa Tables has just made it possible.

Versa Tables, a leading manufacturer in computer desks and computer desk accessories, announced it will add a new product to its line of high-end, ergonomic work stations: the Versa This Audio and Video Development Table.

Not a newcomer to the arts, Versa Tables has offered premium quality drafting and art tables for years. "The idea to manufacture a comfortable, compact, ergonomic center for sound engineers and musicians to work out of their homes has been in the pipeline for quite a while," explains Christopher Stormer, Director of Marketing at Versa. "We just needed the perfect design -- or what we felt was the perfect design -- something that was functional and affordable, but also allowed the user to customize to fit his or her needs. We kept sending our designers back to the drawing board until we had a product we felt was superior to others on the market."

This Multimedia Table provides maximum functionality in minimal space. The three multi-layered platforms constructed from solid wood and coated with a scratch-resistant finish, slide effortlessly on top of one another on gliding tracks. Each platform is large enough to support a synthesizer, computer monitor, keyboard tray, and a multitude of other equipment. Speaker platforms that attach to the steel frame are height adjustable. Equipped with locking steel casters, the entire center is mobile. The unit comes standard with one CPU holder, but the product can be easily customized to support up to four. Other customizable options include: additional platforms, pole mounted dual spider monitor arms for multiple computer monitors, cable management kits, recessing keyboard trays, articulating keyboard arms, and locking laptop drawers for additional security.

"We've always produced the highest quality computer furniture," says Stormer, "Professionals in the music industry want the same things computer users do. Someone spending sixteen hours a day in a home work center should be as comfortable as someone who spends the same amount of time in front of a computer."

Like all of Versa's computer furniture and art tables, the Home Recording Studio center is manufactured in the U.S. and shipped for free to anywhere in the contiguous United States from Versa's California-based factory. All parts are guaranteed for life under Versa's comprehensive Lifetime Warranty.
