Chuck Dahlgren, president; Laura Jendersee, marketing manager; Debbe Kjellsen, business development, and Bridget Dahlgren, business development, passed the first two courses required to become Certified Recognition Professionals. The courses, Structuring Recognition Programs For Success and Strategic Planning and Measurement, focus on the importance of a recognition strategy within an organization and how to build, implement and measure an employee recognition program.

The NAER CRP designation is made of four facilitator-led courses. Certified Recognition Professionals have practical, strategic and performance-enhancing knowledge that will add value to an organization's recognition program. The next courses in the curriculum will be offered in Savannah, Georgia, as part of the NAER 10th Annual Conference.
