Faraci Lange, LLP Spins off Selected Legal Services to Form Second Firm

The new firm will take over the administration of the firm's legal service plan business (employee legal benefits paid by employers) as well as provide general practice legal services to clients.
Rochester, NY (PRWEB) November 20, 2006 -- Faraci Lange, LLP (www. faraci.com), one of the region's oldest and most respected personal injury law firms, is pleased to announce the formation of a new law firm, Moyer, Russi & Randall, LLP. The new firm will take over the administration of the firm's legal service plan business (employee legal benefits paid by employers) as well as provide general practice legal services to clients.
"Separating these two successful yet different legal practices is a very positive step for both firms, further extending our professional ties in the community in line with our long term objectives," said Stephen Schwarz, managing partner of Faraci Lange. "Since 1968 Faraci Lange has concentrated a substantial majority of its practice on personal injury litigation in Rochester and this will help us focus on this core business."
"This spin-off will also allow the new firm to focus on the legal service plans and the highly successful general practice that Vince Moyer and his colleagues have developed over the past ten years," Schwarz added.
The firms will retain an of-counsel relationship with one another, in which Moyer, Russi and Randall firm will refer all potential personal injury clients to Faraci Lange, and Faraci Lange will refer its clients to Moyer, Russi and Randall for any needed transactional services such as wills, real estate closings and other general services.
Moyer, Russi & Randall, LLP will be located at the former Faraci Lange Greece office location at 2300 Ridge Road West. Vincent M. Moyer will be the managing partner of the new firm. Moyer served as manager of the Faraci Lange office in Greece since its opening in 1999. He is joined by attorneys Patrick Russi and Mary Randall. The new firm will continue to administer the New York State Teamsters Legal Benefit Plan for all of upstate New York and the Valeo Legal Benefit Plan for IUE/CWA Local 509.
