Home Technologies, Inc., one the country's largest and most successful providers of residential and commercial automated systems, announced today that it had completed the selection of a new executive management team. As the company enters a period of expansion and growth, the team is led by recently appointed President and CEO, Kent Meisner and includes Craig Carman, Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Yanni Ziomas, Vice President of Production and Bob Urban, Vice President of Engineering and R&D. All are highly experienced and accomplished executives with outstanding track records in the industry.

Bellevue, WA (PRWEB) November 20, 2006 -- Home Technologies, Inc., one the country's largest and most successful providers of residential and commercial automated systems, announced today that it had completed the selection of a new executive management team. As the company enters a period of expansion and growth, the team is led by recently appointed President and CEO, Kent Meisner and includes Craig Carman, Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Yanni Ziomas, Vice President of Production and Bob Urban, Vice President of Engineering and R&D. All are highly experienced and accomplished executives with outstanding track records in the industry.

Meisner comes to Home Technologies with a history of success in government and private industry. He recently directed overall US operations for the Canadian IT services firm, Sierra Systems Group. His extensive national and international business experience is expected to help Home Technologies expand into new markets and bring a greater emphasis to commercial installations and improved customer service.

Craig Carman comes to HTI from PlayNetwork where he achieved a significant level of success as the Senior Vice President of Sales. Carman was instrumental in building and leading the company's professional North American sales team. Under his leadership, PlayNetwork became one of the highly regarded national and regional fast-growth businesses and was named to the Inc. 500 and the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 list.

Carman has more than 15 years of experience in the audio and video integration industries. As manager of business music systems at BOSE Corporation, he oversaw sales, design, and project management on high-profile national accounts such as Disney Stores, CompUSA, and Urban Outfitters.

Yanni Ziomas, the new Vice President for Production, brings 15 years of experience in management and operations in leading commercial and residential systems integration organizations. During the last three years, Ziomas was responsible for expanding the sales and market focus of a local residential integration company to the commercial industry as well as managing its day-to-day operations and financial execution.

"Our goal is to take Home Technologies to the next level by developing best practices centered around delivering an extraordinary customer experience," said Ziomas.

Bob Urban, VP of Engineering, R&D and IT, comes to Home Technologies with over 25 years of experience. Over the past ten years Bob owned and operated a Northwest consulting firm focused on enterprise system integration and implementation.

As an engineer, he has extensive experience in acoustic and vibration analysis, CADCAM, thrust vector controls, kinematics, and structural design as well as end-to-end system integration and testing. As a senior program and project manager, he has focused on reengineering processes and procedures, implementing lean manufacturing principles and delivering large-scale enterprise software solutions to Fortune 100 firms such as Boeing and Weyerhaeuser.
