Luxury Realty Group offers Special Buyer Incentive Program for Luxury Condo Project
From today until December 31, 2006, buyers who purchase a Sky Las Vegas luxury condominium through Luxury Realty Group will be given a special buyer incentive (special restrictions apply).
Las Vegas, NV (PRWEB) November 21, 2006 -- Luxury Realty Group, a Las Vegas luxury real estate brokerage, has been recognized as a VIP brokerage by Sky Las Vegas due to its significant sales volume in the ultra luxury high rise project. To celebrate this VIP status, Luxury Realty Group is giving buyers who purchase a Sky Las Vegas condo through its brokerage from November 21, 2006 through December 31, 2006 a special financial incentive.
Luxury Realty Group will give buyers who purchase through the brokerage up to 1% of the purchase price of a Sky Las Vegas condo towards the buyer's closing costs. This special buyer incentive program requires the buyer to go into contract status with their required earnest money deposit received by Sky Las Vegas' title company no later than December 31, 2006.
