Spokane, WA (PRWEB) November 23, 2006 -- Artocracy.org (http://www.artocracy.org), a company dedicated to supporting visual artists through the sale of digital prints is pleased to announce two new artist's works: Carlos Esparza of Seattle, Washington and Ben Simms of Peterborough, England. Artocracy seeks to address the disconnect between the people who make art, the people who enjoy art and the people who can actually afford to buy art through digital prints. Artocracy prints are created by the artist for the Artocracy website, they are not posters of existing one of a kind pieces.

Carlos Esparza lives and works in Seattle, Washington after completing his art studies at Cornish College for the Arts. His work on Artocracy examines personal history, psychology, and emotion through language and its ways of communication. He examines what most take for granted and works with its inherent beauty to find a way to show that beauty to everyone.

Ben Simms is from Peterborough, England and he attended Art College at Oakwood Park in Kent and went on to study at the London College of Music and Media where he focused digital arts and video production. His prints for Artocracy "focus on dimensions, playing with time, space and light." His inspiration behind my camera looking to capture moments of time."

The digital prints from Artocracy allow customers to become patrons of the arts. Artocracy's "art first" philosophy means the company pays artists 75% of all sales of their art from the site.
