Santa Ana, CA (PRWEB) November 23, 2006 -- Award-winning interactive agency, Mindflood, today announced the launch of the second version of their website and design portfolio (http://www.mindflood.com). A creative portfolio site that is unlike any other, the new "Seduction" site showcases the agency's quirky sense of humor, loyalty to their clients and allows their portfolio to speak for itself.

"Seduction really allowed us to throw out all the restrictions and just see what we could come up with," said Chris Kief, Technical Director. "For a five-page site, there is a lot going on. Tons of custom audio, green screen video, sound effects, animation, web services, voice-overs, Flash Remoting, AJAX, real-time chat, motion graphics, content management, etc. Keeping everything fluid and really working seamlessly together was a top priority throughout the development."

Visitors to the new website are warned to "prepare to be seduced" as they are treated to rich aesthetics, typography and clever copywriting. The overall goal was to communicate the agency's commitment to building strong relationships with their clients, while doing cutting-edge interactive work and allowing all parties to have a little fun along the way.

"The objective with our site was to avoid pretending to be a company we're not -- we're fun-loving, quirky people who try to do great work. That's the impression we want people to leave with," said Creative Director, Chris Lund.

Mindflood intended to leave a lasting impression on clients and prospects offline as well, as part of the marketing push included carefully crafted care packages for all of their beloved clients which included a custom bottle of champagne, truffles and a compilation CD of love songs.

"While developing an internal project like this is a large investment of time and resources, there is no doubt it's all worth it," said Studio Director, Noah Costello. "Despite the growing trend of interactive companies doing very simple, clean portfolio sites, we still felt that this was an opportunity to show our character and experiment with new technology. It will also help us to connect with the clients we really want to be working with, those that appreciate us the way we appreciate them. The day might come where Mindflood launches a one-page portfolio, but for now we are having too much fun seducing clients."
