Ashley Griffiths was appointed by Silverdell as a Regional Manager in 2002 and subsequently promoted to Director. Previously he was employed as Operations Manager for Asbestech, a national asbestos removal company. He started his career as a surveyor for McBains Cooper Construction Consultancy.
