Stephen Mitchell Introduces Executive Management Consulting Protocol
Stephen Mitchell has authored a protocol for the management and marketing of top-level executives and their careers.
Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) November 27, 2006 -- Stephen Mitchell has authored a protocol for the management and marketing of executives. Business executives have traditionally been left to their own devices when charting the course of their careers. Typically, an executive will go through the offices of a recruiter or 'head-hunter' to find his or her next job. Mitchell sees this approach as short-sighted. "I come from an arena where we contemplate the management of the entire trajectory of a client's career," he explains. "I don't consider a series of W2 engagements to be a career."
Mitchell is applying the approach Hollywood uses in the management and marketing of actors, writers and directors to high-level businessmen. "The purpose," says Mitchell "is to aid the client in the aggrandizement of his or her career by creating visibility and positioning which will facilitate the enhancement of current earnings and create supplemental or alternative revenue streams so as to make the client independent from the vicissitudes of the corporate environment."
This isn't the first time Mitchell has authored an interface between the worlds of entertainment and business. Last year he introduced a writing curriculum for the creation of brand integrated concepts suitable for feature films, television programming and alternate media, including game content.
The Executive Management Consulting protocol is an innovative concept which deals with business executives as though they were personal brands rather than employees to be hired or fired.
"The goal is to maximize the yield from the client's personal brand."
