The AA rosette for food quality is only awarded to those hotels that can consistently produce dishes of sound quality and clarity of flavours, using good, fresh, local ingredients.
As well as being presented with the rosette for the quality of the food, the hotel has also been awarded three stars at the very high rating of 77% merit award, one of the highest for a three star hotel in Bournemouth.
