Multi-Media Solutions, Inc. Gains National Recognition

CEO Mike White's digital signage expertise is showcased, along with the UT Football Hall of Fame's high-tech digital signage system, on the cover of ProAV Magazine.

Alcoa, TN (PRWEB) November 28, 2006 -- One Alcoa businessman's smiling face will be gaining familiarity with a very large number of high-tech readers this holiday season.

Hot on the heels of MMS's second GSA contract award for the U.S. Government, is another event which, once again, focuses attention on this growing East Tennessee Technology Corridor business.

ProAV magazine, which is the national professional magazine for the audiovisual industry, features a beaming Mike White on the cover of the November issue, in an article entitled "How to Set Up a Digital Signage Network".

The UT Football Hall of Fame now boasts multiple interactive multimedia displays, including highly direction sound systems and content management software

Mike and MMS are recognized for expertise in digital signage system design, and his work at the newly modernized UT Football Hall of Fame is the case study supporting the article. The magazine cover features Mike White with Gerry Dickey, of UT's Football Department, next to one of the eye-catching plasma screens. The story highlights the multimedia features of the Football Hall of Fame, while it outlines the highly-technical process of creating a digital signage network. ProAV Magazine, with over 20,000 subscribers, is the audio visual profession's most highly regarded resource for system design and product information.

States Mike candidly, "Having my article, the pictures and story of the UT Hall of Fame project featured in this prestigious magazine is such an honor, and a validation that my passion for Digital Signage has not been misplaced. I'm grateful to be recognized by my industry peers, and am so fortunate to be able to do work that I love."

MMS, one of the Southeast's premier A/V system integration firms, is a member of the Technology 2020 Organization, which capitalizes on the fact that the Oak Ridge/Knoxville area has the highest concentration of technology expertise in the State of Tennessee. The last few years have been very exciting ones for MMS, with two GSA contracts being awarded, the hard-earned Gold Level CAVSP technical certification for the company, and President Mike White's appointment as a Governor-at-Large for InfoComm International.
