Foundatia Technologies and BlueBridge Networks Partner with Cleveland's Finest Arts and Cultural Organizations to Light Up Euclid Avenue for the Holidays

Foundatia Technologies, a Cleveland based information technology company has partnered with BlueBridge Networks, Munsell Realty Advisors and quite a few of Cleveland's greatest arts and cultural organizations to bring back the grand tradition of the beautifully decorated Christmas tree in the Sterling Building on Euclid Ave, formerly the home of the Sterling Lindner Department Store.

Cleveland, OH (PRWEB) November 29, 2006 -- Foundatia Technologies, a Cleveland based information technology company has partnered with BlueBridge Networks, Munsell Realty Advisors and quite a few of Cleveland's greatest arts and cultural organizations to bring back the grand tradition of the beautifully decorated Christmas tree in the Sterling Building on Euclid Ave, formerly the home of the Sterling Lindner Department Store. Famous for its live 70 foot Christmas tree, the Sterling Lindner department store closed its doors on Euclid Avenue in 1967. The Sterling Building is currently home to one of the largest colocation facilities in the city, and is playing a primary role in the reclamation of Euclid Avenue as the "Silicon Valley" of Cleveland.

When Beth Schreibman Gehring, Chief Marketing Officer for Foundatia Technologies discovered that the Sterling Building where her offices were located and the famed department store were one and the same, she began to dream about bringing the cherished Cleveland memory back to life, but in a way that would honor the new and evolving face of the city.

Starting on Wednesday, November 29th, two of the primary Euclid Avenue windows of the Sterling Building will be decorated and brightly lit with two beautiful 7 ½ foot Christmas trees. Not content to simply create "just another Christmas tree", Schreibman Gehring decided that she wanted to create two lovely trees honoring Cleveland's great fine arts and cultural traditions. She approached members of The Women's Committee of the Cleveland Orchestra, The Cleveland Museum of Art, The Cleveland Botanical Gardens, The Beck Center for the Arts, Roots of American Music and Art House Inc., a non profit art center located in the historic Brooklyn Centre. Each of these cherished organizations has generously contributed decorations for the trees. Susan Begin and Kristina Lazar, two talented local artists are also creating original ornaments for the sensational display.

"It is truly an honor and an absolute delight for me to have become the keeper of such an important Cleveland tradition and especially to do it with the help of so many of our incredible arts and cultural organizations. I had simply wanted to honor them for the gifts that they bring ceaselessly to us everyday. Never did I dream that they would support this initiative so strongly. Their response has been overwhelmingly generous and I am deeply appreciative," said Beth Schreibman Gehring, a native Clevelander.

The former President of Schreibman Jewelers East, Beth has a long history of designing Christmas trees for many private homes and varied organizations including the Junior League of Cleveland and The Cleveland Playhouse. She is delighted to have teamed up with her friends at Bluebridge Networks and Munsell Realty Advisors, both of whom have been enthusiastic about the project from the beginning.

"BlueBridge Networks is honored to be a part of reclaiming a particular grandeur once known at the Sterling Building. We have been asked over the years how we could be a part of recreating the tradition of America's tallest live indoor Christmas tree, once a well loved annual Cleveland holiday tradition. When Beth Gehring of Foundatia Technologies approached us with her idea, we were immediately committed to the project! We hope that this first effort, although ordinary by the former standards of the original 70' tree, will be an extraordinary gesture well received," said Kevin Goodman, Director of Business Development for Blue Bridge Networks. www.bluebridgenetworks.com

"We are pleased to be a part of Foundatia and Bluebridge Networks efforts to rekindle many long held memories of Downtown Cleveland at the holidays. The display is magical! "shared Mark Munsell, President of Munsell Realty Advisors.

The Christmas trees will be lit every night beginning on Wednesday, November 29h through January 1, 2007.
