Mark will take on the lead advisory role for the financial services practice at Alsbridge, the award winning firm whose executives have a combined contract value of negotiated deals of more than $50 billion.

To his credit he has restructured organizations for outsourcing and shared services assignments in excess of $1.1 billion. Mark's other accomplishments include advising on large program remediations, M&A post-deal integrations, creating multi-shift global development operations, and organizational realignments.
Mark writes weekly articles on various mortgage banking topics that appear in the Mortgage Banking Association's on-line publications. He is the author of the business series of books, Innovative Relevance and a speaker at many industry events.
