Angel.com, a leading provider of on-demand call center and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) solutions today announced that a new product, EvacuTrackā„¢, expands on Angel.com's Outbound IVR technology to allow individuals caught in a crisis to communicate with friends, family and business contacts.

During natural disasters or other times of unexpected emergency, tensions are high and time is precious. And often during these times, communication with loved ones or other key contacts is impossible as lines of communication are unavailable or inconsistent.

Enter EvacuTrack, a new online, managed service product from WhiteVault® a Florida-based security company. EvacuTrack leverages Angel.com's Outbound IVR technology to create a system for subscribers to instantly send a message and reach a predetermined list of contacts en masse.

Upon enrollment, EvacuTrack members receive a personal ID card with a unique number and security code. They then set up their personal network, and enter contact information. In the event of an emergency, members can initiate a message to their entire network of family, friends and others quickly and easily by making just one call to the 24-hour EvacuTrack emergency dispatch number, using a wireless PDA or online Web system. Thanks to Angel.com's Outbound IVR technology, EvacuTrack members' messages are automatically relayed by e-mail, telephone, fax or SMS - depending on the member's preference - to their pre-determined contacts.

EvacuTrack members can also fax or scan important documents and photos for safekeeping in a secure online vault hosted by EvacuTrack. For instance, members may keep documents relating to their homes, cars, valuables, insurance, wills, medical records and photographs in their own private vault for later retrieval.
