Papa Gino's Holdings Corporation, parent company to Papa Gino's and D'Angelo, bolstered its operations team with the additions of industry veterans, Paul Valle and Valentino (Tino) Mennitto. With nearly 50 years combined expertise, Mr. Valle will serve as Papa Gino's Holdings Corp.'s Vice President of Information Systems and Mr. Mennitto will become the company's Director of Research & Development.

Mr. Valle's responsibilities will center on Papa Gino's and D'Angelo's long-term and short-term technology goals, in addition to evaluating and streamlining technologies for the fast casual chains' daily operations. Prior to joining Papa Gino's Holdings Corp., Mr. Valle was the director of technology integration/business intelligence for Answerthink, Inc. in New York.
Over the past 27 years, Mr. Valle has worked in IT management and consulting. He spent 12 years as a director of information technology and has extensive experience with IT transformation, ERP systems, POS networks and Business Intelligence systems. Mr. Valle will relocate to Boston with his wife Jan and enjoys travel and cooking.
As Director of Research and Development for Papa Gino's, Inc., Mr. Mennitto will direct new menu development, culinary procedures, R&D, product quality and menu enhancements for both concepts. Mr. Mennitto began his culinary career with Lexington, Kentucky's Hyatt Regency Hotel as Banquet Sous Chef and later as Sous Chef for the Hyatt's gourmet restaurant, "The Duck Club." In 1989, Mennitto joined Seed Restaurant Group, Inc., parent company of Fazoli's Restaurants, a fast-casual family Italian restaurant chain, and was instrumental in the evolution of Fazoli's transition into the fast-casual dining segment.
Mennitto received his Corporate Executive Chef certification from the American Culinary Federation and earned his Associate of Occupational Studies degree from the CIA in Hyde Park, New York. He is a member of the National Chapter of the American Culinary Federation (ACF) and the Research Chef's Association (RCA). He resides in Attleboro, MA with his family and is an outdoor enthusiast. He also enjoys golf and travel.
