After a purchase, customers are invited to review their product through an e-mail request. Products can be rated on a scale from one to ten on five criteria: overall, appearance, durability, organization, and price/value. Furthermore, customers are invited to add free-form comments, which comprise the testimonials. By filling out additional information, such as frequency of use, generally used for, occupation, and gender fields, other shoppers can more easily assess the bag’s relevance to their own purchase. Once a review has been posted, site visitors can rate the helpfulness of each review.
