"Mentor for Windows Vista allows end users to take guided tours of "What's new" in Vista versus Windows XP and to quickly see, hear and feel the delta between the two. DuPont estimates its Mentor eliminated 500 help desk calls per week for a savings of approximately $750,000 a year. Pitney Bowes used a Mentor for the rollout of a major desktop application upgrade, and found the volume of help desk requests were reduced by over 2,000 calls per week initially following the upgrade. By conservative estimates, they saved over $50,000 per week.
