eResource Inc. Signs Technology and Marketing Agreement with IBM

eResource, Inc. has entered into a OEM agreement with IBM to offer call center self-service solutions based on IBM's WebSphere Voice Response, WebSphere Voice Server, and Unified Messaging for WebSphere Voice Response.

Tampa, FL (PRWEB) December 3, 2006 -- eResource Inc., a leading systems integrator specializing in advanced call center solutions, today announced a technology and marketing partnership with IBM. The OEM (original equipment manufacturer) agreement incorporates eResource's suite of self-service solutions with IBM's WebSphere Voice Server, WebSphere Voice Response, and IBM's Unified Messaging for WebSphere Voice Response.

eResource builds self-service solutions which reduce call center costs and increase customer satisfaction. eResource's experience in banking, insurance, utility, retail, telephone company, and government applications will be incorporated into new applications running on the IBM platform.

Advanced speech recognition by IBM via WebSphere Voice Server drives customer interaction, achieving a higher level of customer satisfaction and reducing call center cost significantly by allowing customers to interact through speech recognition.

IBM's WebSphere Voice Response, the industries' voice response workhorse, provides the base foundation for building and deploying mission critical touch-tone and speech enabled applications.

IBM's Unified Messaging for WebSphere Voice Response provides programmable voice mail and Unified Communications functionality for large enterprises and service providers.
