Esnatech, a leader in unified communications platforms, announced today the support for Research in Motions blackberry® devices with it's UC Mobile Link software. The new J2ME version will be available for the next release of its unified communications platform Telephony Office-LinX. UC Mobile link delivers a host of enterprise productivity tools for Blackberry users. It provides a complete communications & collaboration solution to mobile users, integrating presence and messaging, mobility and computer telephony to users both online and offline. The integration of unified communications onto blackberry devices will dramatically increase the ability of mobile users to connect to the office and be able to communicate as if they were at their desk.
"Mobile sales teams already value the productivity gains realized from using Blackberry. The BlackBerry device and Esnatech's UC Mobile Link solution combined with the Telephony Office-LinX unified communications platform, offers mobile users the ability to connect and communicate with any co-worker back in the office." Davide Petramala Global VP Marketing for Esnatech. "Users can see who is called them on their office phone in real-time, giving them the power to control their mobility and deliver true productivity gains when they are out of the office. This will dramatically improve the connectivity of the Blackberry users to their office environment and improve productivity by deliver anywhere anytime access to critical resources.
If the organization is leveraging a Microsoft Live communication server then Mobile UC Link will deliver real time presence using the telephony Office-LinX as a gateway to live LCS status. Users will also have access to Instant messaging, SMS text messaging, Find me- Follow me mobility settings, Location based routing, and station to station dialing directly from their blackberry device.
"UC Mobile Link software will deliver a complete suite of communications tools for blackberry users," says Mohammad Nezarati, CEO/CTO Esnatech. "Users will have all the tools they need to unify and simplify their office communications.
