Comedian Dave Chappelle, Boxing legend Joe Frazier, and singer Shane MacGowan contribute to Auction for The Patrick Kerr Skateboard Scholarship

Celebrities and artists have contributed to Ebay auction to benefit the Patrick Kerr Skateboard Scholarship, the nation's only college scholarship for skateboarders.

Philadelphia, PA (PRWEB) December 6, 2006 -- Comedian/skateboarder Dave Chappelle, boxing legend Joe Frazier, and Pogues frontman Shane MacGowan have contributed autographed skateboard decks to benefit The Patrick Kerr Skateboard Scholarship. Other auction items include rare, limited edition decks from Ray Barbee and Powell Peralta, and six painted and signed decks from renowned skate artists.

The auction will be on Ebay from December 3 to December 13. All proceeds go to The Patrick Kerr Skateboard Scholarship, the only college scholarship for skateboarders. Scholarships are awarded to students who have been activists for public skateparks.
