Randall Consulting is extremely pleased to announce that the 1st annual Comparison and Analysis of In-House Electronic Discovery Programs is now available. This report evolved out of the concept and need by litigation support professionals to have some kind of report on 3rd party electronic discovery processing programs. For someone at a service provider or a law firm looking at a few of these programs the research can be daunting. At a bare minimum this report will help knock off hours of research into finding the right program. This is the first time an analysis and comparison of 3rd party electronic discovery programs has been put into a report.

Researching and deciding what electronic discovery program to purchase can seem overwhelming. This report will help show you what to look for and in turn alleviate some of the frustration. The information in this report will make the transition smoother even if one does not have the time to keep up with the fast-evolving technologies and programs that rapidly adopt new features.

As this technology continues to advance, there will be vast improvements in performance, features and ease of use. With the new rules for Federal Civil Procedure going into effect in December. There will be more interested in looking at some of the in-house electronic discovery programs. This report will help take advantage of future trends so a reader can make an informed decision.

The intention of the 2006 edition is to be a basic report and overview. The course of this document is with each year the report will grow and become more mature and comprehensive.
