Vincera, Inc. Announces Partnership With T3 Corporation

Partnership is to further Vincera's reach as a provider of VIP document security software to federal government agencies.

AUSTIN, TEXAS (PRWEB) December 7, 2006 -- Vincera, Inc., the document security company whose software allows their clients to protect, monitor, measure and manage the distribution of intellectual property and content that contains sensitive or personal data, today announced its partnership with T3 Corporation. T³ Corporation provides federal government and other entities with on-site information technology services, resells computer security software and hardware products and solutions that increase performance, and enhances productivity and overall enterprise assurance. The partnership will further Vincera's sales of its flagship document security software product, Vincera Intelligent ProtectionTM (VIP), to government agencies as T3 leverages its considerable experience with federal markets to resell Vincera's product.

Stated Wendell Norton, T3's Vice President of Sales and Marketing, "T3 is highly experienced in the successful presentation of emerging and innovative security products to the federal government, a category in which Vincera's software is a perfect fit. That fit addresses the significant challenge faced by our government, and private enterprise, regarding the handling of personal information distributed in a document in addition to other sensitive information that must be protected. Unfortunately, most document security breaches arise from within an organization, even at the federal government level, and so are excessively difficult to prevent or track. Our personal and national security is a matter of great urgency, and it demands that our government has clear knowledge of to whom, where, and when e-distributed documents are sent. Vincera's VIP is the sole product that completely delivers on these vital and formidable needs. We are very pleased to partner with Vincera to deliver VIP document security to federal government agencies and further America's national security."

Vincera Intelligent ProtectionTM (VIP), Vincera's flagship document security software product, is an information distribution technology that greatly reduces the risk of security breaches inherent in the e-distribution and storage of sensitive data by enabling government agencies and companies to set their own needs-driven rules to secure, track and manage the distribution of all e-distributed sensitive content. Vincera Document ThreadTM, now a standard, integral feature of VIP, operates according to user-selected guidelines Vincera labels "business friendly distribution," enabling CSO's and other InfoSec VIP customers to deter and detect document tampering and breach, and to disable access to the documents from the point of breach forward if the VIP customer so chooses.

With VIP's document threading, InfoSec professionals in the federal government and any industry can deter their own document recipients from tampering with or breaching e-distributed material, either by setting stringent security levels by "dialing in" greater security, informing document recipients that their activities can be individually traced, or both. Document threading capabilities also enable e-discovery, forensic detection, and the early detection or prevention of a breach via established audit trails: When the VIP customer "dials in" a given security level for a given document, that customer is notified if the document in question is shared beyond the VIP customer's self-defined limits. Finally, VIP's document threading capabilities are so accurate that VIP customers can choose to disable any given document for any given thread/subset of users. Disabling the document means not only that the information cannot be forwarded, but that any sensitive information already distributed will be disabled as well.

Stated Vincera's Dave Malmstedt, Chairman and CEO, "The federal government currently accomplishes a high level of security with static data residing on servers and in paper files, but the solutions available to them regarding their sensitive Internet-distributed documents have been cumbersome and inadequate to their needs. Our VIP document security solution will enable federal agencies to completely track and prevent the illicit e-distribution of government information for the first time, at an ease and pace that doesn't slow their initiatives."

Concluded Malmstedt, "T3 has successfully presented security vendors to federal government agencies ranging from the Department of Defense to the Department of Energy, the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and every branch of America's military. We know that with their breadth of experience in satisfying the myriad security needs of the federal government, T3 will effectively bring Vincera's VIP document security solution to the federal market as none other could. We are immensely pleased to partner with T3 as they present our unparalleled level of document security to the federal government."
