Washington D.C. (PRWEB) December 8, 2006 -- Clements International, the leading provider of expatriate insurance programs, welcomed Joan Sherman as Director of Personal Insurance. Ms. Sherman, a 25-year veteran of the insurance industry, will be in charge of the personal insurance sales and customer service division of Clements.
Sherman has held a number of senior-level positions during her tenure with the insurance industry. The majority of her career was spent with Johnson & Higgins, a privately held insurance brokerage firm that was later who was acquired by Marsh &McLennan in 1997. As Senior Vice President, she led sales training for Marsh's Global Client Development Practice. Her experience also included developing and managing a national broker training program for UnitedHealth Care, and serving as Sales Vice President for Wachovia Insurance Services.
