New features include private messaging; request summary templates; configurable dashboards; and request mitigation. Private messages improve process collaboration
Users in a request can submit comments to other groups or individuals. These comments will only be displayed to the selected users or groups. When posting a private comment, the sender may optionally choose to send a copy of the comment via email.
Request summary templates offer flexibility in data representation
Administrators will be able to choose a summary template for each process. This will determine the layout and content of the general request summary when viewing requests from reports or dashboards. Administrators will also be able to choose a summary template for each task that a recipient receives to complete.
Configurable dashboards enhance user experience
Users will be able to set up tabs for their own personal dashboards. For process specific dashboards, users and/or administrators will be able to define custom dashboards. Users will have control over filters and the columns displayed.
Request mitigation empowers administrators to keep processes moving
Administrators will have the ability to restart a task that is in progress. This allows for corrections to processes in production and re-initialization of the task flow. Additionally, administrators will be able to roll back a request to a certain task and cancel a request at any time.
