Rural School Connects with Family and Former Students Online Via Streaming Video

In Livingston Montana the population is less than 7,000 but Park High School has started to broadcast school related events online and they do have an audience. Former students, family located throughout the U.S., and even some viewers from outside the U.S. have paid up to $4.50 to see their school's events online.

The school is broadcasting its events online to raise money for the film and broadcasting club, better connect with their community, and give real world experience to those participating in the production. The school has partnered with to broadcast and protect the media. is a small company with technology that protects streaming media from recording, reflecting, and account sharing threats. The protection technology ensures that the school can control the media and protect its bottom line.

Park High School has already broadcast 7 events and plans to broadcast another 20 including sporting events, formals, music concerts, and even graduation. Some of the broadcast events are offered at no charge.
