iCIMS, a leading Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider, today announced its inclusion in Gartner, Inc.'s Magic Quadrant for E-Recruitment Software, 2006.¹ iCIMS was one of 15 vendors positioned in the magic quadrant that provide Internet recruitment applications for the full requisition-to-hire process to companies with more than 2,500 employees.

Vendors included in the research demonstrated that they have licensed their solutions to more than 30 new customers with more than 2,500 employees during the 12-month period ending April 30th, 2006; or have more than 100 e-recruitment software customers with more than 2,500 employees.

According to Gartner, "It is becoming increasingly difficult to differentiate vendors in the market based on functionality. This puts pressure on pricing (we have seen aggressive pricing in 2006) and services (for example, consulting and outsourcing)." Vendors were identified based on several key product differentiators including flexibility of data and workflow, job board posting, onboarding, content and multinational support.
