The Miller Company Selected by Sabre to Develop and Operate Travel Agent Loyalty Program

Sabre rewards plus agent appreciation program provides unique offerings to travel agents.

Dallas, TX (PRWEB) December 11, 2006 -- The Miller Company announced that it had been selected by Sabre Travel Network, the world's largest and most rewarding marketplace for the buying and selling of travel and a business unit of Sabre Holdings, to develop and operate its Sabre Rewards Plus Agent Appreciation Program.

The new Sabre Rewards Plus Agent Appreciation Program provides travel professionals with a broad array of opportunities to earn and redeem valuable rewards, including activities designed to enhance their professional knowledge. Travel agents in the U.S. and Canada can now earn points redeemable for retail brand merchandise, gift cards, travel perks and educational opportunities, on top of commissions and service fees, by booking travel through Sabre's TripTailorTM and Agent59®. The Sabre Rewards Plus web site (www.sabrerewardsplus.com) allows agents to track:

 
  • Account details like activities and points earned.
  • Wish lists of desired items available through a quick and easy online catalog.
  • Special offers like supplier deals, travel tool demos and surveys that allow agents to earn additional points.

Members can redeem their Rewards Plus points for the following:
o Thousands of name brand merchandise items, including electronics, appliances, home furnishings, luggage, jewelry, apparel, and collectibles
o Gift certificates at leading retailers
o Travel perks, including discounts and free trips/hotel stays
o Agent education and certification programs, including programs available through a new agreement with The Travel Institute
