Mr. Liaguno is a nationally published freelance writer and interviewer whose celebrity subjects have included Jamie Lee Curtis, Isabella Rossellini, the late Psycho star Janet Leigh, and Oscar® winners Philip Seymour Hoffman, Kathy Bates, and Olympia Dukakis. Born in Pennsylvania and raised in the Edison and Princeton areas of New Jersey, Liaguno has fond recollections of "buddy days" with his dad, during which the elder Liaguno introduced him to the world of movies. It was the beginning of his lifelong obsession with horror films, like Friday the 13th and Halloween, which served as inspiration for this homage to the slasher genre, The Literary Six. Liaguno currently lives on Long Island, New York with his partner of 18 years.
Mr. Liaguno will embark on a cross-country tour in 2006-7 to promote his book at major horror conventions.
