Dynacore Equipment Takes Ownership of ATMI Canada

Dynacore Equipment Ltd. has acquired the manufacturing and intellectual property assets of ATMI Canada. Dynacore will continue to provide parts and service to existing hollowcore extruder customers. Dynacore will also continue to enhance, manufacture and sell hollowcore extruder equipment to the pre-cast concrete market.

Dynacore is now providing continuing service and parts supplies to users of IHE equipment. The company is also actively developing enhancements to the existing systems,to be sold from now on under the Dynacore name.
