Data-Tel Info Solutions announced today that it will begin expanding its international presence by adding a Regional Sales and Operations Director in the Dominican Republic. Data-Tel has appointed Mirla Lara, Dominican resident and call center industry specialist, to this new position.
Hiring Mirla will allow Data-Tel to gain the inside track on business both in and outside of the Dominican Republic. Mirla will be responsible for bring business opportunities, training and operations assistance to call centers in the Dominican. She will also work to implement a new Data-Tel office in Santo Domingo.

Born and raised in the Dominican Republic, Mirla Lara has a degree in Marketing and over 10 years of call center industry experience. Mirla's earlier years in the industry included interpretation, quality assurance and training for Language Line. Mirla also aided in the development of sales, scripts, hiring, operations management, training employees and ensuring customer satisfaction for TelTrends Solutions in Santo Domingo.
