Lindeman brings 15 years of experience working with new and emerging technologies. His client-side design and programming skill-set includes extensive HTML, DHTML, and Macromedia Flash experience. As President of Encogent, Inc., Lindeman helped such well-known brands as Deloitte Consulting, General Mills, Volvo, Claritin, U.S. Treasury, and New Balance, evolve their presence online. Lindeman also brings mobile game expertise, having developed projects for Nokia, Gillette and many others.
As an award winning Flash developer and programmer, Wray brings 10 years of experience from a diverse background. His work has been recognized repeatedly as a Macromedia Flash Site of the Day, and has received a Cannes Bronze Lion and a Webby Award, the Hatch Interactive Award for three years in a row and the Hatch Overall Award for two years in a row.
