InfoValue Computing Inc. Revolution is distributing the content through the InfoValue SuiteTV™ digital video-streaming hospitality solution, which provides HD video-on-demand (VOD), interactive digital IPTV, networked personal video recording (nPVR), and time-shifted TV, all through a user-friendly and customizable interface.

“With this partnership, participating hotels have a truly competitive advantage — the ability to offer guests full-length concerts and events featuring today’s best musicians and comedians in a high-quality digital environment,” said Aubrey Flanagan, vice president of business lodevelopment and solutions of InfoValue. “With today’s HD-TVs, it makes guests feel as though they are actually at the concerts, with the added ability to pause, rewind, and fast-forward at their leisure.”

The combined solution has already been depyed globally. Some of the concerts offered include Usher, Britney Spears, The Bee Gees, Bob Dylan, and other legendary performers, while some of the stand-up comedians include Larry the Cable Guy and Jamie Foxx, with new content being added continuously. As part of the agreement between InfoValue and Revolution, InfoValue can relicense the content to other solutions providers.

“This partnership with InfoValue affords us a great opportunity to create a niche no other entertainment company offers — to become the leading content aggregator of alternative entertainment experiences such as full-length music concerts, comedy events, and, in the future, extreme sports broadcasts,” said Fabio Jafet, president of Revolution. “InfoValue SuiteTV technology provides the ideal platform to push this initiative forward.”
