The Inn's Executive Chef Corey Heyer, has prepared an exquisite three course Christmas Eve menu that blends traditional holiday cuisine with unique seasonal and contemporary American dishes. The Inn's prix-fixe menu will offer a selection of appetizers, followed by a choice of entrees which will include Roasted Chateaubriand, Cervena Venison, Colorado Rack of Lamb, Coriander Encrusted Ahi Tuna, Nova Scotia Lobster, Maine Salmon, or Vegetable Pave. The menu is complete with a variety of delectable seasonal desserts.
