Canadian Professional Sales Association's 1st Annual Sales and Marketing Roundtable facilitated by Sales and Marketing expert Lisa Leitch, identifies the integration of marketing and sales as a key success factor in today's business.

In October, Lisa Leitch CSP - Marketing & Sales Integration expert and President of Teneo Inc. facilitated the Canadian Professional Sales Association's 1st Annual Sales and Marketing Roundtable.

Ten business leaders, from various industries, came together to discuss the trends and issues affecting sales and marketing today. By the end of the session, the entire group agreed that the integration of marketing and sales was a key success factor in today's business. It's clear that all departments must be aligned with the organization's vision and goals and that the marketing and sales teams specifically, need to work synergistically to increase overall revenue and productivity. Integrating the objectives of both teams will develop stronger, more strategic sales and marketing plans focused tightly on customer needs and generating profitable sales. When the strategies, objectives and tactics of both teams are closely aligned, it will equal results.
