Florida Properties Represented at Cityscape Dubai 2006

Four premier developers attend international event. Florida is well represented at Cityscape Dubai 2006, the 5th annual international property investment and development event. Four of the state's premier properties are exhibitors at the conference; St. Tropez in Sunny Isles Beach, European Club in Hallandale Beach, Kubik in Miami and Signature Place in St. Petersburg. The Florida contingent traveled halfway across the globe to showcase their properties while networking with other developers, investors, lenders and owners.

St. Tropez exemplifies style and glamour. The sleek, modern design of the residential towers is masterfully contrasted by its shared pedestal, whose look and feel is unmistakably that of an old-world Mediterranean village. The 280 unit residential development is made up of 234 two and three-bedroom residencies, 24 penthouses, 22 custom-designed waterfront suites, and 18 lanai units. At the street level, the approximately 100,000 square feet City of Sunny Isles Towne Center will be a premier destination for upscale dining, shopping and glamorous ambiance. KUBIK, an avant-garde condominium project, integrates art into every aspect of the development.
