MoreSolds.com Launches Free Web-Based Contact Relationship Manager for Real Estate Agents

In order to sell more homes in the least amount of time, I realized that I needed a great web-based CRM, and the more I developed the product, the more I realized that this is something that many agents would love to have.

Moresolds.com, a real estate technology company, is set to launch its free web-based Contact Relationship Manager (CRM) in January 2007.

The web-based application, known as MoreSolds, will be available to real estate agents at no cost. MoreSolds allows real estate agents to keep an online database of contacts and keep track of their listings, commissions payable, buyer activities, closings, tasks, scheduled activities, contact notes, etc. The product also contains a feature called 'team sharing', which allows other team members to share contacts, activities, and other information on a limited or full-access basis.

MoreSolds was founded by Knolly Williams, a REALTOR. In sales and marketing for over 20 years, Knolly is ranked among the top 1% of real estate agents in one of North America's top real estate markets.

Knolly began using the systems, tools, and marketing strategies that brought him success in his previous role as a former CEO of a nationwide marketing company. Efficiency and automation allows him to list 80-100 homes a year, with only a part-time assistant and working a regular 40-hour work week.

Over a year in the making, MoreSolds is set to launch in January. In addition to the free CRM, the company will offer "snap-ins", modules which further bolster the automation of agents' activities. These additional modules will allow agents to automatically send drip email campaigns, get price adjustments on listings, send out a branded monthly newsletter, get showing feedback on listings, and launch single property Web sites.
