The Inn's Executive Chef Corey Heyer, has prepared a delicious prix-fixe New Year's Eve menu that blends celebratory holiday specials with unique fresh, seasonal ingredients. The Inn's prix-fixe menu will offer a selection of appetizers, followed by a choice of entrees which will include Roasted Chateaubriand, Cervena Venison, Colorado Rack of Lamb, Australian Barramundi, Nova Scotia Lobster, Maine Salmon, or Vegetable Pave. The menu is complete with a variety of delectable seasonal desserts.

The Bernards Inn will host two dinner seatings the first beginning at 6:00 p.m. and the second beginning at 9:00 p.m. The first seating features a three course menu deliciously prepared by Chef Heyer. This seating is perfect for guests who want to enjoy and celebrate New Year's Eve but may have another engagement to attend before the ball drops. This seating is priced at $105 per person excluding gratuity, alcohol, and sales tax. The second dinner seating, from 9:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m., includes a four course menu, champagne toast, and party favors. This spectacular seating is priced at $140 per person excluding gratuity, alcohol, and sales tax.

Your taste buds will not be the only ones celebrating that evening. Pianist, Romy Whyte, will be on hand to entertain you and your guests throughout the course of the night.
In addition to the two dinner seatings, the bar will also be open with a la carte menu and pricing.
