Over the years, 1st American Reserve, a company specializing in rare coins has made a tradition of adopting a family in need and providing them with gifts for Christmas. This year, Robert Patton, the Director of 1st American Reserve, has expanded his company's generosity with more benevolent acts. Collecting and buying Army surplus blankets for the homeless is one of these charitable projects, plus buying and collecting toys, clothing and more for South East Texans in need.

No one can label Robert Patton, the Director of 1st American Reserve, as a Scrooge. Over the years, 1st American Reserve, a company specializing in rare coins has made a tradition of adopting a family in need and providing them with gifts for Christmas. This year, Robert has expanded his company's generosity with more benevolent acts. Collecting and buying Army surplus blankets for the homeless is one of these charitable projects, as well as buying and collecting toys, clothing and more for South East Texans in need.

Robert Patton said, "This is our fifth annual Christmas fund raiser at 1st American Reserve and it has become an important event for our entire company. The holiday season is the time of year when poverty and misfortune sadly becomes more evident. We are blessed to be able to help some of those less fortunate during this period. These people we are lucky enough to help take up a very special place in our hearts. I can truly say that all of us at 1st American Reserve take great pride in our opportunity to reinforce our commitment to the community."

As the spirit of Christmas touches us, most yearn to do something to make a difference in the lives of others. 1st American Reserve has found its way to make the holidays a good deal cheerier for many in the Beaumont, Texas area.
