Dale Carnegie Training (DCT) today announced Kelly Crofoot as the newest member of the company's Senior Management team. Mr. Crofoot will lead the company-owned offices, working to expand Dale Carnegie Training's strategic selling capabilities.
As the newest member of the Senior Management team, Crofoot will work closely with Peter Handal, chairman, president and CEO of Dale Carnegie Training. Mr. Handal praises, "We are excited and fortunate to have Kelly join the Dale Carnegie team. His skills and experience will be especially valuable as we continue to grow and expand our business with larger clients."
Looking to the future, Crofoot says he will "harness the power of Dale Carnegie, and create a set of solutions that will further enhance the position of DCT as a provider of choice for leading organizations around the world."
Crofoot credits the Dale Carnegie Sales Advantage Course as a young copier salesman early in his career for his successes, past and present. "My Dale Carnegie Training continues to have a profound impact on me," says Crofoot. "The lessons I learned from that course continue to serve me extremely well in professional and personal situations, and I look forward to integrating that knowledge into my efforts to help Dale Carnegie Training evolve and grow."
Crofoot joins the DCT team after sixteen years at Development Dimensions International, Inc (DDI), where he led the single largest sales team. Describing his career experiences, Crofoot says, "I enjoy challenging people to think bigger and to focus on adding even more value to customers. The results can be very dramatic, as people begin to believe in themselves and the impact they can have on their customers."
Crofoot is currently a resident of Northville, Michigan with plans to relocate to Long Island, New York. He graduated with a B.A. in Marketing from Michigan State University in 1979.
